Are their 2 switchers back on their property, if not, what are they using?? What is the best day & time to catch them in operation?

Switchers are gone. They have some black geep now.

Here's a photo taken today 7-18-17 of the new Grand River Railway's leased power in Painesville Twp at Morton Salt.

Considering the switchers were owned by Jerry Jacobson they might've not been able to come to an agreement with him on the price for leasing.
