CP back on CSX?
This was posted on the SC Milepost 65 Facebook page:
"CP trains 142/143 are headed back to run on CSX effective 5/11/17. In Ohio"
There was a reply stating they will be working North Baltimore as well.

Hearing this might be related to all of the recent "emergency" track work being done at Oak Yard in Detroit.

That's what I was wondering, although if they are running between Buffalo and Chicago like the last time (which is what others are saying they will be doing), they won't be going anywhere near Detroit and Oak yard. Maybe they are going via Buffalo until work at Oak is finished?SD80MAC wrote:Hearing this might be related to all of the recent "emergency" track work being done at Oak Yard in Detroit.

CSX Q150 and Q151 North Baltimore to Detroit intermodal will handle that part of the routeatrainguy60 wrote:That's what I was wondering, although if they are running between Buffalo and Chicago like the last time (which is what others are saying they will be doing), they won't be going anywhere near Detroit and Oak yard. Re: CP back on CSX?
So will this train use CSX's Saginaw Sub to Plymouth then Detroit Sub to Oak Yard?
PatC created a monster, 'cause nobody wants to see Don Simon no more they want AARR I'm chopped liver, well if you want AARR this is what I'll give ya, bad humor mixed with irrelevant info that'll make you roll your eyes quicker than a ~Z~ banhammer...

No, Q165/166 will run Buffalo to North Baltimore, then to Chicago and Vise versa. The work they do at North Baltimore will drop off/ pick up cars for/from the Q150/151 to take to oak yard. at least that is what I'm hearing
CSX_CO: 10 minutes, keep hoping the yard blows up and I won't have to go in tonight.
CSX_CO: Hump Hump Hump all night long, hump all night while I sing this song. See those cars, going to make them fly, sure hope the double o' eight is on time

Nice more reason to go to Fostoria. That will bring in even more variety.
