How many trains a day does CSX run through Kenton Ohio?
Re: Kenton Ohio
And a P.S. to this question. What type of signalling is on this line. Is it ABS? When I follow the line on Google Earth I come across a lot of signals in street view. They are old NYC signals but appear to be functioning.

Between 6 and 8 trains a day use the Toledo Branch. As for signaling, it's TCS with the dispatcher in Indianapolis. I believe (corrections welcome!) that the original TCS system, put in very late in the NYC days (done so NYC/PC could use the T&OC "Western" as the primary route to Toledo and downgrade the T&OC "Eastern")has all been replaced now - and the NYC signals along with it. I know for certain that from Dunkirk north is done, but I haven't been out along the line from Dunkirk to Ridgeway in years.

CSX has done hit and miss signal replacements down the line. South of Findlay, the Hancock siding has new signals up to replace the small target search light...from that point south, there are hit and miss replacements to south of Kenton. From Kenton to Ridgeway, the old NYC signals have been replaced.
