NS tank train

Unread post by jhnmummert »

A northbound NS train went through Bluffton at 2:40 p.m. There were 2 units followed by a boxcar and 112 tank cars.
I was watching grandchildren and could tell from the engine noise that something different than the norm was passing through. The car numbers may be off a bit as
I was holding a 4 month old and viewing the train through venetian blinds. An unusual occurrence for October 15.

These were storage cars off the RJ Corman south of Lima.
