Electrical equipment has been delivered for the signals at Ottawa and pieces of track have been layed at each end of the siding. Approximately 100 ft. of track is now in place at each end and the old rails and ties are now in a pile near Champlain St. The heavy brush along the north side of the tracks has been cut back to allow for more space for equipment and a new intermediate is laying by the tracks about a mile east of EAS Ottawa.

W-MYWD-29 ran to Wedron with 70 HRZX ballast hoppers and BNSF 4311 and 1006. These are all loads to ballast the new section of track there. Two more trains are scheduled for Wedron.

CWI 4020 is now off line for paint and inspection. NREX 5416(SD40-2) has been leased short term until the 4020 returns.
