TSt.L Roster Update

Well as some of you may remember, the TSt.L(Toledo St. Louis Railroad) was formed in 1988 with the abandonement of the Cloverleaf. Operating quietly until 1990 when traffic went on a rise for about 10 years, at its peak the TSt.L ran 12 trains a day. In 2007 when the economy got worse, many customers packed up and left. This continued until 2011 when there was only 4 online customers left. In June 2011 the TSt.L officially went bankrupt and so the shareholders and corporate guys could squeeze a little more money out of it before they got out, the sold the line to the MSRR and from Delphos south, the state of Ohio, the Indiana portion went to the state of Indiana, and part of the Illinois portions went to the state and the Illinois Central Southern. The whole line is intact from St. Louis to Toledo but are still owned by their respective owners. The DERR recently bought a portion south of Delphos from the state of Ohio. But now after 2 years the 3 states have all agreed on what to do with the motive power.

C40-8C - $100,000 a piece(4 available)
C41-8C - $105,000 a piece(3 available)
GP38-2 - $60,000 a piece(0 available)
SD18 - $40,000 a piece(0 available)
GP9U - $40,000 a piece(1 available)

Wow, some nice choices here. Question about the Dash-8s, what does the C mean at the end? Some sort of modification?
As for purchases, I would like some for both my roads (DERR & CIL). What condition are these in?

CIL- All GP38-2s ($180,000)

DERR- 2 SD18s (EMD or ALCO trucks?) ($80,000)

Yes they are for sale.

So:
CIL - $180,000
DERR - $80,000 - They have Flexi-coil trucks
SAMM - $160,000

Yep, that is correct. Depending on how the power move works, the Monon's stuff can be dropped at Linden, IN (diamond and connection are in place) and DERR's units can go to Venedocia, OH (end of DERR ownership).

Ok they will be sent via the state owned Ex-NKP Cloverleaf.

SAMM's Locos will be sent via TSCR to Saginaw
