Two of the major coal mines we serve closed down last week, this has a significant decrease of coal traffic and revenue. With a decrease in coal traffic, only 3 of the Y7a's will be built. The remaining 12 planned will not be built. The NGS-2ST Steam turbine project is being cancelled.

We are selling off a fair size of the diesel roster.
For sale are the following, pricing can be negotiated, MNTX Black unless noted:
PA1 #2004 and 2005 (2005 PRR 5 stripe, MNTX patch)
PB1 #2004b and 2005b (NYC Grey, MNTX patch)
C32-8: Un-numbered, 4 units (CR Ballast grey, MNTX patch)
SD40-2: Un-numbered, 8 units (3 B&O blue, 4 BN Green, 1 UP, MNTX patch)
GP38: Un-numbered, 2 units (PC, MNTX patch)
F40PH: Un-numbered, 3 units (AMTK, MNTX patch. 1 unit no prime mover)
E7B: 700B (SOU Green, MNTX patch/renumber)
F7A: 200A
MP15DC: Un-numbered (CSXT YN2, MNTX Patch)

I noticed you have lines in Hagerstown. Can we do $1.2 million, and I give you trackage rights to Harrisburg?

I like that deal, $1.2mill and trackage rights. Do you want the units repainted or just sent to you?

due to downsizing, we have sold off the Cumberland shops to former subsidiary Chessie System. We still have the Mt. Clare and Martinsburg Shops. Mt. Clare will now be the primary steam locomotive manufacturing and repair facility, while Martinsburg will handle the diesels.

3 NGS-1D's have been sold off to Chessie System. these were MNTX 94, 95, and 96.

I was wondering if you could build 2 steamers for the DL&W. the first is a semi-streamlined N-10 4-6-2 Pacific, the second is a Q-4 4-8-4 Pocono. let me know if you can, thanks.
