They were voted down as new, seperate railroad. Instead, I created it through a subsidiary of Marquette Rail. I don't need approval for that
If you don't like it, we can change the rule. But, as in real life, my trains still stand even if we change the rule after this.
Murder before a law outlawing murder cannot be charged as a murder. Pardon to Murder part, but that's the way it goes.
