A new Triple Crown facility was built in Spokane, so the OC&M has Triple Crown trains going there.

Hmm, that gives me an idea for a brand new train service on my CCP&S...

The OC&M has decided to continue operating the passenger service between Chicago and Toledo that the GR&P had, since they already have the stations in place. The equipment, 16 former Amtrak F40's and 48 bi levels ex Metra cars, has been ordered, and should arrive in Chicago on Wednesday.

Instead of MQT owning all of the Annoyance-Porter Line, why don't both railroads both own it. MQT would own the commanding 60%, with the OC&M picking up the other 40%. That would be the share of maintenance we would pay. If one of our railroads was sold or abandoned, then ownership would revert 100% to the other line. MQT would still control planning, MOW & Dispatching. It would technically be a subsidiary of both lines known as the "Southwest Michigan Railroad (SMR)". The railroad wouldn't own rolling stock, or operate anything. It's mainly for accounting purposes

I'd run the thread on here BTW

The plan would go into effect, pending STB approval, on July 1, 2012

Sure, why not. As long as when you say control the thread, you don't mean the OC&M thread.

Traffic will really pick up on the line through Rapid City when the facility is finished. Lots of new autorack trains to/from the east and west coasts.

The schedules of the passenger trains will be the same as when the GR&P ran the trains.

As you can see from looking at the map, there are a couple of street running sections on the main line. Southern Niles and Hudson.

I have edited the map of the main line in MI so that all of the customers on the line. Some of the costumers probably aren't what I say they are, but I don't know what the companies are down there. Some of them I just put a ?, basically saying that it's a customer but I don't know what it is and didn't know what it should be.

OC&M would like to thank the Marquette Rail for allowing it to have all of the GP30's. The OC&M will do it's best to fix the locomotives up so that they can operate in excellent condition.

There was a medium sized derailment just west of Edwardsburg on the main line. A wb rear ended another wb that was stopped waiting for a eb. The crew of the wb that struck the other train sound to be in stable condition. There are currently reroutes on NS's Chicago Line. The main line should be fixed up by some time tomorrow. RJ Corman is on the scene.

The cause of the derailment has been determined to be caused by signal malfunction. The crew will be fine.
