Penn Central confirmed today that it is in discussion with Norfolk Southern to acquire trackage rights from New Haven to Montpelior, OH on the NS Huntington District line as part of a plan to rebuild the old NW Delta District from Montpelior to Delta and possibly Toledo. Will update when more is known.

Penn Central has annulled CSX trackage rights train Q325/Q326 on the Pittsburgh to Chicago mainline since their reason for existing(to reach Grand Rapids) no longer exists(i.e. CSX sold its lines in Grand Rapids to MQT). They have been removed from the Freight Schedule books as of today.
