That's Cold Springs Tower, just west of Springfield and only 8 miles from Fairborn where I live now. Its located along my ex NYC mainline to Dayton and Cincinnati and also where the Springfield branch veres off to head toward Indianapolis.

Those units were painted in that gray the LSRC currently has on 1179, 1172....only had an MQT patch

Nevermind I forgot MQT owns the LSRC. But The TSCR plans to sell the Ex-GR&P, Exx-PC SW9 and SW7's to LTEX.
