Possible building sites are Lennon, Vassar, Arthur, or Minden City. Most, if not all, of these sites probably already have elevators in them, but the project calls for a brand new elevator.

UP 1989 will be handed over to the DT&C in Durand. DT&C says they will put it in Cincy in the rough area to see what will happen to it.

S188 is leaving Chicago right now with UP 1989 leading and a GR&P SD70AC with 75 cars. Should be in Durand by late afternoon.

S188 is currently going through Michigan City, the only train to be going through for an hour, like MQT wants. Engineer and conductor report lots of foam around.

Okay, I'll get one of my westbound road trains stop and add it as a good leader on their way thru Lima then. My plans are to get it to Ft. Wayne and then put it on the point of my UP connection train, FWPR, to Proviso yard.

The GR&P is considering a double track project from the intermodal terminal in Durand to Saginaw. There are over 20 trains a day on the line, and some day in the near future there could be more.

The former CSAO line in southern Ontario has been bought by the GR&P. The line connects with the GR&P line to Sarnia.

You may want to slow down our buying...at this rate you'll own or have trackage rights over everything in North America by summer. Relax and work with what you have

Due to the decent amount of grain elevators along the GR&P Windsor line, there may also be an occasional unit grain train to Windsor from, say, Blenheim.

Trackage rights and ownership over everything in North America? Heyyyyyyy, I like the sound of that! Thanks, MQT! Thanks to your brilliant idea, there may be an additional 200 trains over your line! :D

Hey YpsiAmtrakBoy, since you never got to be an engineer on the MRR, you could always be engineer on the GR&P.
