40P cleared Bowling Green Jct. with FXE 3144, UP 8017, and KCS 4113 with 132 stack cars.

A new program has been started to upgrade the GP9's and SD9's to be better for the environment.

Ok we're putting 3800 HP CAT engines in them, making the frame longer to 60'5". The GP9's will be GPD9E's. Plus 6 axle C-C flexicoil trucks will be installed to support the loco. All this comes up to a cost of 455,000 a locomotive. Thats the cheapest we can do it for.

Eh....I guess we'll just get them to -3 in-house so we can use standard parts from EMD....

T787-87 is waiting for a MoW crew to clear the crossing near the Andersons Grain in Maumee, Y771-21 isn't far behind outside Whitehouse.

Just got a Taconite contract from the docks at Toledo. New trains are:
To Chicago and back
L990 - L880
L991 - L881
L992 - L882
L993 - L883
L994 - L884
L995 - L885
To St. Louis and Back
L996 - L886
L997 - L887
L998 - L888
L999 - L889

L99- loaded
L88- empty

H800 is waiting for C44 to clear the diamond at Liberty Center, L990 is waiting beside H800 on the main. H800 has a GP30 on the point, C44 has 2 C40-8W's and L990 has 2 AC4400CWE's and 1 SD70M.

CN is letting the TSCR buy the Illinois Central to New Orleans and Texas. The IC from St. Louis to Chicago will be sold to the Northern Illinois & Chicago Southern RR(NI&CS).
New Locomotives:
GP40X
GP38-2
SD70
C40-8W
GP9
GP10
SD40-2

We are currently working on a new schedule for this line.
