The I&CN is a shortline that operates between Indianapolis and Columbus, and from Columbus to Walbridge over the former Conrail line. They operate:
3-6 SD38-2(former EJ&E)
9012-9020 GP30(former NKP)
792-800 U30C(former BN)
600-602 C39-8C(former Conrail)
GP7(ex-ATSF)
Signal style is CPL and Safetran.
Interchange with the DT&C at DT&C's River Jct. Yard.
CSX and Conrail at Stanley Yard.

U30C's #794 and #792 are headed south on a light power move to Indy due to lack of power. The two units are restricted to 25 MPH due to the severity of the track condition.

I&CN 9014 with caboose DT&C(ex-NYCW, ex-MILB) 090002 and 14 cars headed north on the Toledo Branch to serve industries. Symbol was B34G.
