OHNR Toledo Secondary/Fremont District

The Ohio Northern's Toledo Secondary begins at the E.E. of Broadway Yard. Here, double track ends at E. Broadway. Continuing east, the line crosses over Norfolk Southern's Miami Cut, the former PRR Outer Yard, CSX's Stanley Secondary and the Toledo Terminal on four separate bridges. The line is elevated through Walbridge but is at ground level at Lake. The Toledo Secondary ends at CP Millbury, where there is a connection track to Norfolk Southern's Chicago mainline.

The Fremont District begins here, and is single track through Forest Park to Genoa. Double track begins just east of Genoa and continues to West Elmore. The line is again single track through Elmore and Lindsey. Entering Fremont, there is a 4,900 ft. un-signaled siding known as Green Bay. This is typically only used for local work. The line is again single track to the W.E. of Niles siding in a residential part of town. There are unprotected crossovers at Hickory Street, and just a few hundred feet east is the Hickory Street diamond with Norfolk Southern's former LE&W mainline, used to serve local industries. Interchange is done here at CP Erie. The E.E. of Niles is about 1/2 mile east of the diamond. On the east side of town, the line crosses the Sandusky River and then joins Norfolk Southern's Toledo District at CP Hayes, or the Wheeling Connection. OHNR trains use the NS mainline to Clyde, where the Shiloh District begins at CP Clyde.
