River Line Update 4/26/10.

387 left Van Wert this morning with OHNR 8681 and OHNR 8525 with 78 cars. They were tied down in Maumee by 11:00.

388 is currently parked at the Route 281 crossing north of the CSX diamond at Snyder Road. They are waiting on CSX traffic to clear before proceeding south. They have NREX 7364 and NALX 8580 with 92 cars.

Local 656 did not go on duty today, but they are called for 08:10 tomorrow, so they should be out of Van Wert close behind 387. They have SGLX 2664 for power this week. Not sure how many cars they'll be taking north with them.

There is a 291 called for tonight at 23:00 out of Chicago with OBRR 8000 and 8001 up front. They'll leave Chicago with 40 cars (all racks), get a crew change in Van Wert and pick up a cut of racks and freight (56 total) before heading up the River Line to Maumee. I'm hoping for them to be through sometime between 7 and 9 in the morning.

387 is still in Van Wert. Not sure what's going on there.

388 is called for 16:00 with HLCX 6332 and TPW 3821 with 66 cars.

291 was in Van Wert at 06:00, and after getting a new crew they made their pickup of 56 extra cars for Toledo. They were by Florida at 08:45 with OBRR 8000, OBRR 8001, SGLX 8325 and 96 cars.

Yesterday's 387 didn't leave Van Wert until 10:30. They had some sort of issue with cars in the train not being in the right place, and missing a few cars.

Today's 387 was out of VW on time with NALX 8580 and HLCX 6332 leading 55 cars.

With the OBRR low on crews, 388 has been annulled today as there aren't enough rested crews to run it. Train 325 was also annulled today due to this.

Local 656 is currently working Mason Rubber north of Florida.

The 291 that ran yesterday was tied down in Maumee at 10:00 yesterday. SGLX 8325 will be left in the yard, while the two ES40DC's should return on tomorrow's 388.

The computer database is showing a 967 called at 00:30 tomorow morning out of Chicago bound for CP-Detroit. Not sure what this train is, but the computer is showing NYSW 3018 as the sole power.

The 967 they have called is a movement of 60 empty flat cars. There was an error in the computer is, as it is not bound for CP-Detroit, rather a Lima bound train.

387 eastbound by Florida at 09:50. HLCX 8162 and NREX 7364 up front with 77 cars in tow. Included in the train is a former NYC Pullman car. Computer shows it only going as far as Maumee.

388 is called at 15:30 with NECR 3845 and OBRR 6623, which is one of the former UP SD60's that are now on site. Computer says they will leave with 101 cars.

Local 656 is not going on duty today.

A 291 is called for 00:30 tomorrow morning out of Chicago. Not sure what power they'll get yet.

387 by Florida at 09:53 with OBRR 6623 and OBRR 8001 and 72 cars.

The 291 that came into Van Wert earlier this week is only just now leaving. They have HLCX 6332 as solo power, with 59 racks and 13 well cars (long count) with single stacks. Crew was on board at 09:50 and they should be out of the yard shortly.

No crew called for 388 tonight.
