Z15112 Southbound with 68 cars. Northbound is expected to be around 14.
Southbound Pickups at GRANT, VANS.

The GRE faked me out again yesterday. Must be both rode in the comapny truck :D because they went to Lowell & back, rolled back into town about 10:30. There's a car there this morning, but I don't remember seeing it before. Only 2 outbound tanks fror NS in the yard. The usual Amtrak.

CSX D70912 WB at milepost 79.9 (Okemos DD) at 07:09am. Lead engine CSX 2698. Length of train 1314', 80 axles,

CSX Q33512 WB at milepost 79.9 (Okemos DD) at 9:03am. Lead engine 3835(?). Length of train 6958'(?), 496 axles. Held up at Trowbridge for inspection of a problem spotted by the flagman at the Farm Lane reconstruction site.

Q32713 - set to leave Detroit at 3:30pm (caught Q327 yesterday, they left Detroit around 2:30pm and had to wait at Seymour for a bit for maintenance to get done, so maybe they'll leave at 3:30 today)

Then again, D80110, D80210, D80111, D80211, D80311, d80112, D80212, and D80312 aren't moving either... sources say they won't use those.

Crews are picking up rail today around Hall and Division in Grand Rapids.
E94912 crew sounded to be at West Olive this morning, tower couldn't reach them when I was listening in.

D70012, not D70912? Conductor must have had marbles in his mouth, then, because the radio was clear as a bell.

No, that should have been D70912 that you heard Mike. D700 runs between Grand Rapids and the Benton Harbor area. D70912 arrived in Lansing at 7:12am.
Also, an E44513(empty coal train) is getting ready to depart Grand Rapids, headed eastbound towards Plymouth and Toledo. CSXT 455 and 598 leading I believe mr Hall said.

Decent sized Q335, by Breton Road around 1145 this morning. Plenty of Gons for scrap and decent sized 700 and 151 tonight.

Not quite fitting in this topic but close enough, on the MMRR MS Division, MS 180 is out switching Nugent Sand at this time.

Okay, Jon, thanks. I had a camera malfunction as it was going by me, and I had to try to hear the next radio call over the sound of the train. I got two different 4-digit clusters, 3835 and 7324, both without any context.

It -was- pretty long for Q335.

No uncertainty on this one--E44513's lead power is CSX 445. But I thought I was hearing things until I looked at the photos.

Second unit is CSX 598. EB at milepost 81.61 at 16:18. Train reported at 5985' and 424 axles by the defect detector at 79.9.

Sorry to say this, but yes there is some uncertainty there. E445's leader is CSX 455.

Saw MQT's 3003? dead prime mover going north on US 131 on an Alger Trucking Company flat about 5-5:30 this afternoon.
