CSX GRE MQT Train Location Update 4-25-08

Looks quiet at the GRE. CSX picked up the half dozen empty Kings, NS didn't pick up the Amway tank. 26 pushing 371. Sounded like MQT SB at Turner about 12:30AM.

Drove from Kzoo up through Allegan, over to Fennville, and up to Holland on my way to work this morning.. Only caught Amtrak up at MP 30 near E Saugatuck. Enjoyed having a different drive on the way in at least..

According to the RN, coal empties should be coming down from the plant soon, Y121 will then be heading for Harlem and X500 is at Benton Harbor "running from the law".
Q326 also just pulled into GR. Inbound leader was CSX 8622 but it has been tagged with the preverbial label of "do not restart", so it may not be leading out.

keep an eye out for a southbound empty coming out of West Olive...maintainer had track time until 1pm, so might be leaving soon...off I go on lunch.

E949 should be down near Wells now. Tying down there for the moment. That crew will then head to Grand Junction to get on the headend of the loads there. D802 is already down there having gotten the train ready to go.
