from the pay to say TO.com

Train 354(4) with two units, one on the north end of train and one on
the south end, had to drop the south unit at the yard before going to
Chicago Union Station when its #3 and #4 traction motors were found to
be spewing lube oil. The train continued to station platform with only
the north unit, AMTK 27. AMTK 33 was worked up as a replacement unit
but it was decided that there would be less delay if AMTK 32 was cut off
incoming Train 353(4) and added to Train 354. This was done; there was
still an initial terminal delay but it was minimized. It was a lucky
decision, because AMTK 33, already enroute to the station, returned to
the yard but didn't quite make it before one of its traction motors
seized up!

Gotta love these wonderful GE's!!!!
