CN Flint Subdivision 03-08-08

Quiet on the Flint Sub this morning. I was out at the Amtrak station in East Lansing from 9:30 to 11:45 (most of the time the light would have been great for an eastbound), but only saw one train--a westbound with UP power (4947 and ?313 or ?813) at 11:41a.
