L301-31 @ 11:12 advising Dispatcher about his work for today. He’s currently at Riverside siding mp 80.1 and heading east to work at Hartford. He will leave his cars inside East End Kirk Siding mp 70.3. Than go light power into Hartford, grab the cars he needs to get, shove everything into west end Kirk siding and run around his engine to East End and put the entire train together and head straight into Grand Rapids.

L301-31 @ 14:04 eastward reported by the Defect Detector mp CG19.1 Zeeland, Mi with 95 axles (+1 error). CSX engine #4053 (solo) & 22 cars. He’s headed to the Grand Rapids Terminal. He had tied down last night in Riverside during his eastward return trip.

R598-31 @ 14:10 copied their EC1 to depart the power plant in West Olive, Mi mp CGP 1.0 & diverge onto the Fremont sub-div & head south to the Grand Rapids sub-div in Holland, Mi heading westward with BNSF engine #8465 & 130 empty coal cars & rear dpu BNSF engine #9315. He’ll take Grand Jct siding mp CG54 or & tie down. He will then go to Wells mp CG41.4 to take loaded coal train C800-31 that had tied down there last night to the power plant in West Olive, Mi.

Y121 came east to Wyoming Yard this morning to grab the Holland traffic since L301 spent the night out in the sticks. I didn’t see if they brought any cars east, but they were westbound arriving at Zeeland about 10:15 this morning with their GP38-2 2680. 13 cars included: a GBRX tankcar, 4 gons (JTIX/DJJX), a DOWX tankcar, a SHPX covered hopper, a loaded WOTR bulkhead flatcar, 2 63’ high cube boxcars (UCRY/TBOX), and 3 tankcars (SPPX/GBRX/GATX).

They were slowing coming into Zeeland. Wondering if they stopped to pick up the classic ex CNW covered hopper released from Van den Bosch feeds which is ready for pick up? I couldn’t stay to find out.

Any guesses as to where the Dow tankcar was going?

Yes they did pick up the covered hopper and the Dow tank car is not for Sherman Williams so I would assume it's for the MS.

R598-31 @ 18:03 modified their EC1 to depart Wells Siding mp CG41.4 & proceed eastward to the power plant in West Olive, Mi with BNSF engine #8421 & CSX engines #819 + #966 & 129 loaded coal cars & rear dpu BNSF engine #6237(?). This was C800-31 that had tied down there last night.

R598-31 @ 18:57 eastward Holland, Mi Depot mp CG25.3 with BNSF engine #8421 & CSX engines #819 + #966 & 129 loaded coal cars & rear dpu BNSF engine #6237. This was C800-31 that had tied down in Wells Siding mp CG41.4 last night. In about ½ mile he’ll diverge onto the west end of the Wye & onto the Fremont sub-division.

L302-31 by Howell at 20:32 with 7283 + 3305 on the head end and 137 cars. Most of not all of the first 80 cars were Lansing set off cars, and the usual lot for GLC. The last car was "clanking loud as it went by. You could still hear it a long way down the tracks.

NB to EB CSX manifest with Autoracks in Plymouth at 10 PM May be an X267 since around 5:30 pm we had one with the same set up. Locomotives for this train were 5413 and 5360
