Well I knew this was going to happen LansingRailfan! Four of the five "Dead Cowls" recently left Battle Creek! I read somewhere that the 14 dead engines (10 from Iowa) are all on the Union Pacific® now! Must be going to "Scrap" somewhere out west!!!!

I photographed trains today (with a Testpointe lady)!!!! First, caught northbound train 382 at 15 Mile, Clinton TWP. around 12:20 p.m. Two regular CN "Gevos" (unsure of loco numbers), 128 cars!!!! At Pontiac we caught train E251 with those five CN engines! Saw CN SD60 5423 and "Blue" GTW GP38-2 #4906 sitting in the Pontiac yard!!!! Someday again I will see the "GTW Heritage" unit! Lastly saw Amtrak® 350 arrive with the Siemens® "Charger" thing! Possibly my last trains of year 2023! We need snow!
