There was an issue for their departure, they had found a non-railroad lock on the derail & had to wait for someone to arrive there & remove the lock that they are assuming to belongs to the ADM grain company.

He had released his EC1 at 02:40am so that L304-11 could perform their work at Grand Ledge (with CSX engine #8887 solo) as G791-10 keeps waiting for someone to show up & remove the derail lock that has them trapped & cannot depart.
