CSX Train Location Updates - April 2023

M326-30 @ 12:18pm heading east reported by DD 19.1 Zeeland at 408 axles. CSX engines #953 + #5450 & 99 cars.

Heads up to all railfans, Marquette Rail is currently bringing down 90 loaded CSX grain cars bound for NC. Not sure when this grain train expected to depart from GR

L303-30 is going to depart. Waiting to hear more calls.

Not 90 cars for MQT right now. This is the first half. After dropping in Wyoming they’ll go north to get the other half.

Z151-30 @ 14:34 at Plaster Creek mp CGT2.0 headed back north to their railroad with engine MQT #3391 leading to pick up the remaining grain cars & had told Rouge tower it may be 3 to 4 hours before they return to Grand Rapids.

We thinking that there will be that CSX grain train out of GR today?

U301-30 @ 22:56 Waverly job briefing with the RN Dispatcher: CSX engines #76 + #488 & 90 cars (44 loads + 46 empties) @ 7,521 tons & 4,627 feet long. He's doubling up his train & will then head eastward into Grand Rapids. This was L301-28 that had 45 cars & tied down there on Friday evening Apr. 28th due to the crew running out of time.

L302-30 thru E. Paris @11:02pm. I seem to count 49 cars but glare from rain made it hard to see Lead engine cab forward., 2nd cab to rear, as reported.
