Is 350 running these days? Several times over the past week or so I've checked the docs site late morning/early afternoon and 350 doesn't show up. Today it's not there either.

Well JT I don’t work for Amtrak however I do see them go past my house so I am really not qualified to answer this question.
I will however say based on the information that you have provided you basically have answered your own question and I would have to say that the answer to your question is no.

I for one would like to know what the railfan from Lansing thinks because he seems to have an opinion on almost everything.

108 leading 29 through Elkhart this morning, 145 and 46 leading 49 today as well.

365 arriving in New Buffalo now.

Looks like many of the signals along the Michigan Line that have not already been replaced with the LED vaders in the past now have new signal masts standing next to the old with the heads bagged, waiting to be cut into service.

364 is running just shy of 2 hours late, at CP 482 @ 18:40 CT.
354 is running just shy of 10 mins late, at CP 482 @ 18:48 CT, just 8 minutes after 364.

It looked like 364 tonight was lead by a p42 through Lansing. It was running on time or ahead of schedule a bit. When it goes back west in the morning I'll have to look to be sure that's what it was.

There is a trainset with locomotive up in the Amtrak siding in Pontiac this morning, which there shouldn't be. Both 351 and 353 ran already today and 355 should take 350's train back this afternoon. There is also the spare locomotive shoved past the station.

The extra train set and locomotive where there Saturday afternoon after 355 left.

But today, Sunday, around 1 pm it was gone as was the spare locomotive.

Train 355 just went past MP 22.5 on time with a Charger leading an a P42 on the tail end shoving. Must of come in this way as 350.

350 went past MP 22.5 at 2:15 (a few minutes late) with P42 #55 leading, a domed and an open end observation car (the grey ones we often see, I think they are out of Ann Arbor), the usual five cars for the train and a Charger on the rear.

amtrak only allows cars to be added/removed at select locations only.
in michigan that is grand rapids and pontiac.
no port huron or ann arbor.

I went by the Pontiac station around 4 and they were not there. Didn't see anything in the yard either.

This morning's 351 went past my house on time but sounded much longer and heavier than usual as it did (I was still in bed). So I am wondering if the Charter train set was on it? If so, who knows where they were hiding it in Pontiac.

Charter Wire cars were seen on B-19 yesterday I believe.....if so, then B-25 should have them spotted in AA today

No 355 out of Pontiac past my house yet this afternoon. 350 ran and was pretty much on time so wonder what is up with 355?
