Amtrak P370-06 eastward reported cleared the St Joseph Bridge with the IDTX #4623. No DD mp CG91.9

D700-06 @ 10:01:35pm westward Bangor's Center St crossing mp CG60.35 with CSXT engines #2318 + #6918 & 7 cars (1 CH + 4 Tanks + 2 Box cars). He’s going into the east end of Gross Siding mp CG61.3 to clear up for Amtrak.

D705-06 @ 10:03pm westward reported clear of Grand Ledge mp CH99.1 with CSXT engine #3137. Great scanner reception tonight, he was heard loud & clear.

Amtrak P370-06 @ 10:23:10pm eastward Bangor's Division St crossing mp CG60.93 with IDTX engine #4623 & 3 SuperLiner cars & CSXT engine #5375 on rear (1 passenger on at the station mp CG60.5) The CSXT #5375 had towed P371-05 to Chicago on April 5th after being struck around mp CG16 yesterday at a Private Crossing.

Also, at this time, nothing has been heard for D706-06 at all (not even a Grand Rapids departure). Appears, there may not have been a crew available for him today.

D705-06 @ 11:25pm westward reported from Thornapple mp CH139. He will hold at Seymour mp CH148.1 until Amtrak P370-06 arrives with IDTX engine #4623 & 3 SuperLiners & he has CSXT #5375 on the rear of his train. Amtrak was held at mp CG23 due to emergency equipment at the 48th St crossing mp CG14.

Amtrak P370-06 @ 11:47pm eastward reported by the DD mp CG19.1 with 22 axles (footage was stepped on) IDTX engine #4623 & 3 SuperLiner cars & CSXT engine #5375 on the rear of his train.

@ 04:11am reported by the DD mp CH126.3 with 272 axles. CSXT engines #5375 + #3137 & 65 cars (34 loaded + 31 empty) & had work at Lansing. The #5375 was brought back to Grand Rapids last night on the rear of Amtrak P370-06 by the Bangor Cam @ 10:23pm & can be seen on Rewind until 10:23am today.

Q326-07 @ 09:43am eastward cleared the St Joseph Bridge with CSXT engines #3191 + #5432 & 50 cars. Bridge Tender advised Q326 there is a chain hanging under a car (probably a cap on an empty CH car). He's meeting Q327 at Riverside mp CG80.1

Meanwhile, D702 sounds like they are switching Buzzi inbGrandville. Their lead loco is CSXT 2318, a former GP35, one of a quickly dwindling number of road slugs on csx. After they finish at Buzzi and Q326 passes they should make their trip to Waverly Yard/Holland.

Caught a southbound grain train in Holly at 1:18pm. 2 CSX engines leading (didn’t get numbers). Even though it’s on LSRC, I figured it would be relevant since it’ll be on CSX eventually.

14:35 D702 west rolling into Zeeland with 52 cars, CSXT RD SLUG 2318 leading. Two cuts of ash gons and lots of mixed stuff for everyone. These new (old) MWCX open top hoppers with their BN markings painted out are interesting. Cascade green really seems to age nicely.

Van den Bosch feed has DSRC 8022 covered hopper on their spur, the first car I’ve seen spotted there in a couple months. Plastcore has one covered hopper. Z Lumber is empty.
