CSX K831, empty potash train in Webberville with CP 8848 as lead unit was OD at 8:00 AM. Crew taxied to train at 9:30 AM.

I’m in Webberville. Crew still building train.

Edit: 11:53. Now hooked onto second cut of cars but having issues with lead unit’s auto shut off feature.

CSX K831, empty potash train in Webberville with CP 8848 as lead unit was OD at 8:00 AM. Crew taxied to train at 9:30 AM.

I’m in Webberville. Crew still building train.

Edit: 11:53. Now hooked onto second cut of cars but having issues with lead unit’s auto shut off feature.

Hooking on to Final cut of cars now at 12:24. Power keeps shutting off constantly, adding to the delay. Former Wyoming Yardmaster on red tren is none too pleased w CP 8848

D702-14 @ 1:18pm westward reported by DD mp CG19.1 w/ 120 axles & 1,569 ft long. CSXT engines #2318 + #6918 & 28 cars.

D70614 went east by Howell at 07:25 this morning with CSX 5268+5289 and HESR 2025 with 102 cars That bright orange on the 2025 stood right out against the dull CSX power colors. 2025 perhaps on its way to Florida as reported earlier. There was no D705 yesterday because D70612/13 were combined trains. GLC currently over on CSX setting off cars at 1:30pm. RN told them to put a rush on it because the empty potash train is on its way east from Webberville.

Q326-14 @ 1:55pm eastward reported by the DD mp CG19.1 with 280 axles & 4,060 ft. CSXT engines #466 + #5380 & 67 cars. He had set off 7 cars in Waverly.

CSXT 989, 586 light power south at Riley St. Holland 1:30 PM.

This is D803-13 that went westward to the Holland Depot mp CG25.3 & stopped. At 1:57pm he got his signal & backed eastward diverging from the Main Track to the Pass Track.

Sounds like GLC is clearing up, EAS WE Brighton just improved to clear. 14:21.

K831 thru WE Brighton at 14:48. I counted 87 cars.

CSX claims "no crews" to run K831 west, but will run it the long way and use 4 crews instead.
