He had "looped thru" Grand Jct siding to go around N800-24 & now he's going into the east end of Gross Siding mp CG61.3 to clear up for N801-25. D700 has work for Hartford & Coloma.

It looks like they worked Stow on the Fremont sub on their way before heading south, I mean west! Those three boxcars appear to be of the Stow variety. The other three boxcars they had on their westbound overnight run were all standard 50’ rail box types and were going to Menasha. Seems like they’ve been getting a bit more traffic as of late!

Yes, D700-25 did end up going onto the Fremont sub last night before heading to Bangor. I had seen him going by the Holland Depot at 9:36pm & had assumed he was maybe going to Saugatuck to clear up for the evening Amtrak train. It was a bit confusing to me when D700 had told Dispatch he'll wait in Holland for Amtrak, yet I see him going by the Depot. I got busy with other things & then later caught D700 going westward, again, by the Holland Depot at 10:42pm. Guess his 1st time by the Depot was to clear by the switch & then go back eastward into the Freemont.

I bet we're going to be "stuck" with single-levels again now that more Superliners are needed to bring the long distance trains back to daily operation, at least for a little while. Sounds like the Venture cars will be debuting on the Wolverine and Blue Water soon, which should also eventually translate to the Pere Marquette.
