Speak of the devil. Another 274 ran early to Pontiac this morning.
I’ll be opening up a Corrected Stand somewhere along the flint sub.

This 274 was stacks and racks akin to a Q116. Not sure what they’re doing W these symbols right now but they might be changing.

I read more about this on FB today. For a short time, with traffic down due to the holidays, 116 and 274 are being combined under the 274 symbol. The train leaves its Canada-bound cars in Battle Creek for either 492 or 396 to grab, then continues to Flat Rock. Separate 116 and 274 trains will be coming back as traffic picks back up. This is all from that same CN worker.

Interesting. Intermodal won’t pick back up for a while and I did notice that 492 has had a lot more racks on it since first of the year.

Northbound through Pontiac. Appears to be slowing down. So far all I’ve seen are loaded auto racks.

Also, a center beam was pulled from Bolyard Lumber transload today.
