Haha I was leaving Durand when I saw him cross Trowbridge, because I had to take back roads thru Byron and Cohoctah, I just barely missed him in Green Oak.

D705 this morning had 186 cars by Howell at 05:57 and none of them were stone loads of any kind. The usual power. 3394 was after the 105th car. Earlier, GLC Z62429 was at Ann Pere doing CSX work from midnight until 3am. Arrived at 00:08 and went back north at 02:48. 383+398+390+399 was the power today. Sat off 77 cars in the Howell pass for D708, and picked up the 81 cars D708 sat off last Friday. Set off cars included 32 Ash Empties, 23 tanks and 22 three bay hoppers. I'm curious how they do this operation while keeping the locos on the head end, considering there isn't a long enough siding to run around for a few miles.
Does the GLC back onto CSX's mainline, then sandwich the locos between D708's and its own cars, pushing them off the siding while it pulls its cars onto the siding?
Would explain the need for 4 engines.
