251 is ready to depart from Pontiac. They are going to work at Red Lava in Waterford in route.

PatC created a monster, 'cause nobody wants to see Don Simon no more they want AARR I'm chopped liver, well if you want AARR this is what I'll give ya, bad humor mixed with irrelevant info that'll make you roll your eyes quicker than a ~Z~ banhammer...

The scrap yard on what’s left of the PollyAnn is getting switched

Thanks Don Simon for that update.

I wonder if the GM Lake Orion Plant will ever ship out finished vehicles again. Anyone know if there is any hope?

Big eb manifest by 205 at 0712. I didn't look out the window to see what the power was but it sounded like a ge maybe 75% of the way back helping get er down the rails. Currently lined to cedar. Something working cory and one at east durand making the turn to go south.

CN shipping out of Orion remains to be seen, however posters over on the Michigan facebook site report that the Pontiac Metal Stamping Center is starting to see a big uptick in boxcar traffic out of there for CN to ship to GM plants in Arlington Texas and the Fairfax Assembly Plant near Kansas City. This coupled with the Flint GM truck plant expansion and the new activity at the Lansing Delta Plant make for promising things to come for CN traffic. Not sure whats going on in Canada at the moment but it sounds like most of their assembly plants are starting to pick up too.
