E800-09 @ 9:45pm Benton Harbor advised the St Joseph Bridge Tender he is experiencing PTC trouble. He was waiting there for Amtrak to clear & has BNSF engines #6084 + #5845 & 260 empty coal cars.

E800-09 @ 10:33pm is still sitting at Benton Harbor due to a Dispatcher shift change & the next Dispatcher on duty was not advised E800 was waiting for a signal after Amtrak cleared. He's trying to get on the move at 10:38pm with BNSF engines #6084 + #5845 & 260 empty coal cars. He's experiencing EOT issues & had asked D700 to "push the button" for him.
