Do they compete with St. Mary's Cement in Charlevoix? They started a $130M expansion in 2017 which should be complete by now. Was to take 2-3 years to finish.

Building construction is way down. The truss manufacturer I monitor rail car traffic for has received 3 cars since the stay home order, 1 a month rate. Last year they averaged 7 a month.
The Charlevoix plant may produce a different type cement than the Elmira terminal supplies. (I don't have time to research that right now )
