Amtrak 354 just arrived at Pontiac, about seven hours late. Their website said "service disruption" so something happened to it last night. Bad start to the busy holiday travel week for the Wolverines.

Southbound CN 514 with the usual suspects - 5638, 5688, 18 cars total, some singles and some doubles. By Linden at 4:18pm.

I presume it was 591 as I did not see it go by earlier today. But who knows with the strike in Canada. Those three stashed trains are still sitting on Main 2 on the Holly south of Pontiac.

Coke Train is NB passing MP 22.5 at 10:23 pm. I guess this is now a regular train on the Holly though it has an irregular schedule. First "coal" train on the Holly since the Consumers Power unit trains from out west stopped running about two years ago. We used to have them all the time going to and from DTE Monroe, Consumers Power Luna Pier and a Conrail (then NS) one to Lansing Power and Light.

What I presume was 371 on its new, late schedule went past MP 22.5 at 4:30 am with a train of all mixed freight including empty sand cars.

Amtrak 351 had 8 cars today, three more than usual for the Holiday Week.

And a SB mostly autorack train just went by, following Amtrak down the Hill.
