Although I've never heard of them moving equipment that way around here for that purpose it is feasible for a contract harvester to do that. Just a moment ago I saw a crew starting to harvest wheat just north of grand ledge

Every day, they are estimated to leave at 17:15. But it varies due to crew availability and other factors

Power is out along grand river on the west side of lansing too. I haven't been near any crossings to see if they're out. 1040

Looks like the power is out here in Saugatuck too. Haven’t been by the tracks yet to see if the signals and crossings are active but if Q326 or D700 has to flag every crossing from here to Grand Rapids, that would be a nightmare for the crew

Q329 still not doing to well if this is as far as they made it at this 10:45am post. Coming from South Lyon with red blocks prior to 08:00 with the signal and code line problems on the east side of the state from the pre darkness storm yesterday, saw and talked with the crew at the east end of Brighton prior to 09:00 as they were taking the power off the switches. 328 was still coming thru the blocks with the same issues at that time and not sure where they are as of noon. Q32910 had 3200+3394 with 93 cars.
