GRE WB over the Grand River around 2:30-3:00pm. Did not get a good count, but there were 2 tanks on the end.

Can you keep us updated? I'd like to possibly catch some of these moves!HESR3868 wrote:Sounds like early this upcoming week, GLC is bringing a grain train off the NS up for Andersons in Hemlock. Most likely a private as a NS system train hasn't made a move up here for at least a year. The MAC grain train Lake State took the MMRR should be going off Monday. Back down to the 3868 being the one unit wonder as well as the 3037 was returned last week.
Any chance you know if it might have NS power on it like they used to?HESR3868 wrote:Sounds like early this upcoming week, GLC is bringing a grain train off the NS up for Andersons in Hemlock. All I can really say to help out is the crew is on at 0700 every day, unless otherwise stated, and I can give heads up on when the grain train will be on it's way here. The motor should be in Breckenridge to take off the MAC train Monday for anyone wanting to shoot them Monday.MiRailProductions wrote:Can you keep us updated? It will not. NS run through power hasn't made an appearance up here for over 2 years. (Take this with a grain of salt), but through the grapevine the AA doesn't want to pay for run through power, so the only run through power on the MMRR is GLC power borrowed and what LSRC brings out to interchange.atrainguy60 wrote:Any chance you know if it might have NS power on it like they used to?

You would be right. Around 0730 the crew was on the grain grain south of Alma and took it east. I would've shot it and posted sooner, but a bit of other issues popped up and delayed. The 329 is solo with about 85 cars. 329 was then ran back and is sitting on the interchange south of Ely St.KC8RBK wrote:Was just through st Louis and it looks like mmrr has been out moving around. Flange ways are freshly run through on state rd 0900
