Regarding this mornings D908, D708 derailed in B track at Ashei-Kasei yesterday which killed their day. A recrew for D708, plus D707s crew, plus, the track department all met in Fowlerville after midnight. D707 took 708s lead unit, 4032 back to Lansing so they could switch Grand Ledge, D908 assisted the track depart with trailing unit 4229, finished switching Ashei-Kasei, came east to switch Thai-Summit, and then returned back to Lansing where the fuel truck is waiting to refuel both units.
329 on the move now as 708 1243

V75801 grain empty by Howell at 18:36 with CSX 239+5423 and 90 cars. Doesn't appear to be going to Webberville. D70805 following V758 west from Howell with CSX 4229+4032 and 37 cars for tomorrows Q329 pick up.

Q327 arrived Pullman mp CG48 @ 23:47:29 with 96 cars (15 cars were dropped off).

Q327-05 is currently going through St. Joseph. Sounds like CSXT 423 leading.

Q32906 by Howell at 08:44 with UP units 6744+5990 and CSX 6545. 76 cars, and half or more were scrap lie loads for GLC at Ann Pere. Q32806 not yet out of GRP as of 09:20.

Q32806 with CSXT 913 and 716 with 103 cars eastbound at Fox at 11:11. RN asked if they’d fit at Elmdale. Negative, crew says. Grand Ledge? Nope. Plan now is to have Q329 shove back down number 2 main at Lansing and wait for 328. Didn’t seem like Q328 was too big for the siding at Fox (or Lake Odessa for that matter) but hey I’m not in charge!
D700 arriving back at Wyoming, 10 track to the east end.

About 15 minutes ago, Y106 east at Breton with CSX 6517, 3 boxes, 3 pipe flats and 3 covered hoppers.

12:35- D708 cruising east at MA behind usual 2 units with 36 cars. Gons, tanks, hoppers and boxcars in the mix, including 3 50’ MQT boxcars.....where would those be going?

Some of the MQT boxcars have been added to the general G&W boxcar pool. Most likely headed for the Huron & Eastern via GLC at Ann Pere.

14:56 EST SOUNDED LIKE Q329 JUST WENT THROUGH THE DD AT 126. 496 AXLES.
Q326-06 WENT THROUGH BANGOR AT 12:02 WITH CSXT 453,3129 WITH 64 CARS.

Also could have been loads for PCA Owasso. That happened on a semi regular basis.

Regarding the MQT box cars possibly going to PCA in Owosso, correct, they, and others have gone there within the last year or longer. Not that the cars on todays D708 couldn't be going elsewhere.
