Train 116 went SB following Amtrak 351 past MP 22.5 on the Holly at 6:30 am with a UP locomotive leading.

At 7 am a unit sand trains went SB past MP 22.5 with three BNSF locomotives. First sand train I have seen in many months.

I was on Amtrak train 351 to Chicago to visit a rail fan friend of mine there last Friday morning when that Amtrak stop just north of Rapids Street to clear a NB CN local freight train (not sure of the freight train number) so Amtrak can use main track 2 to reach the first stop at Troy. Enter main track 1 at old 14F switch and crossover 2F and then enter main track 2,

The platform at Troy is on track 2. Track 1 has no boarding surface of any type at Troy.

The platform in Troy is on Main 1. Its very time consuming to ride the elevator twice, but they have free parking.

And now, at 7:05 pm, 515 is struggling up Birmingham Hill passing MP 22.5 trying to get to Pontiac and call it a day.

Train 391 NB passing MP 22.5 at 8 pm. Looks like it had two or three BNSF locomotives as power. Maybe off of that sand train this morning.

I have to concur about the Troy platform being on Main 1.
I found a more recent track diagram than I have in this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=18187

Not having any type of boarding platform on Main 2 was an interesting decision.
Guess they like elevators.
