Q328 & Q329 both running late today, Q328 mostly due to a car on the tracks leaving GRP, and Q329 taking a 45 minute delay at Brighton when meeting Q328, even though 329 held the main, due to switch problems. Q32801 by Howell at 07:37 with UP 4496 single unit with 28 cars. They may have had CSX 8141 with them, but if so, was set off at Lansing. Q32901 by Howell at 09;08 with CSX 100+5249 and 59 cars. No set off at Lansing, but picking up 30.

Q327 with 2 CSX engines (couldn't read their #) + 76 cars arrived Pullman mp CG48 @ 08:03 & then Bangor mp CG60.l7 @ 08:23

CSX 3333 & 706 was the power, from yesterdays Q329 seen and reported. in Howell.

Q326 arrived Bangor mp CG60.7 @ 12:12:50 with CSX8857 + CSX530 + CSX 2048 & 91 cars. Will be stopping at Grand Junction mp CG55.6 to get pusher engines.

Standale Lumber in Grandville spur is full with 2 I-beams and one parked on the siding next to the facilities. Business must be really good for lumber here.

From what I hear on the radio that G train out of grand ledge is on the move. Approximately Lansing right now. Dispatcher says a cab is called for John Hicks for 1615 to take the crew back to grand Rapids.

Q326 arrived Pullman mp CG48 @ 13:10:58 with CSX8857 + CSX530 + CSX 2048 + CSX3092 + CSX920 & 91 cars. Q326 had stopped at Grand Junction mp CG55.6 to get pusher engines, instead CSX3092 + CSX920 were added to the head end of the train as the 4th & 5th engines.

Thanks for the heads up, and all others who saw it with the 7810+585 power Train is G75830 and was by Howell at 14:08 with 90 cars. Nice they ran this train today instead of yesterday. Having already seen the train and power go west, if the train was run yesterday, the power would be no good to me. Running it today, its not only good for the month, but good for the year. Surprised D708 is working a holiday and hear him out there switching Rhytec now.

My CSX Holiday Advisory said all service as usual today.

A very long NB autorack train (empties) turned west at Plymouth at 17:15. Halted at Beck Rd. A lone CSX unit leading. Scanner was silent.
