Michigan Shore Railroad's MMRR #2019 is heading south with 8 tank cars (1/4/2019)

Jaykirks, where are you seeing MMRR 2019 going south with the 8 tank cars? Appreciate the sightings, but your posts haven't included a location thus far.

It goes down Airline Rd in Muskegon Hts.

Also hearing horns right now (12:10 pm)and see ATCS lined for a westbound; Assuming this one to be Q329 04.

Hoping for a report from Howell to help firm up these assumptions.

Yes, that is Q32904, by Howell at 09:05 with 75 cars, and currently at Lake Odessa at 12:30, CSX 3003=5355 on the head end.

Earlier this morning, and only four days into a new year, the highlight of my day and year could not be any better than this when Q32804 went by the house at 07:50. CSX 269+8048 with 111 cars. The highlight was, on the tail end of this train, and right where it should be was Chessie System C&O caboose 904151 looking almost as good in the early morning daylight as when it was built back in 1980. While I know its spent most of its life in Michigan, mostly in Grand Rapids, I had not seen this cab in person since Sept. 2nd, 1985 when seen at Roughmere Yard in Detroit.

Wished I knew. Perhaps back to Detroit where I last saw it in 1985. I was informed several days ago that this caboose had been moved from its long time sitting spot in Grand Rapids, but my first though it was to be scrapped somewhere, While it still could be, what a way to send it off, on the rear of a train.

12/5/18 - 6am transferred to repair track Grand Rapids. 12/5 7am bad ordered - safety appliances. 12/5 2pm released from bad order. 12/28 released from repair track. Tacked onto Q328 this morning and arrived Detroit.

I also saw 328 this morning and was shocked. All cabs in the Detroit area have disappeared the last couple months, Plymouth 903261 904121, Wixom 904044, Wayne NYC18322, and Rougemere 904143.

In case it helps, last known locations:
CO 903261 went to Buffalo and Pittsburgh Railroad (BPRR), interchanged to them in Erie PA on 10/15/18.
CO 904121 same status as above.
BO 904044 had a bad wheel back on 6/11/18, then went to Saginaw end of June 2018.
NYC 18322 went to Buffalo Southern Railroad (BSOR),interchanged on 10/15/18
CO 904143 went north and interchanged to Lake State in Flint on 10/7/18.
