OK, I got the "PTC Test Train" in New Haven with CN SD75I #5748 - Test Car - CN SD70I #5609. I photographed it heading southbound by the station around 3:45 p.m.

Eb manifest with 2 cn by 205 at 1723. Standard cab ge rear facing dpu in the middle

2347 eb rack train by 205 lined down m1 to cory. There was a loaded coal train by here a bit ago with a rear end dpu. Not sure where it ended up.

Last night on the Holly there was a local 513 SB passing my house at MP 22.5 around 9 pm with 5847. It returned around 3 am.

Train 391 was NB past MP 22.5 around 10 pm last night, a bit later than usual.

That 116 reported earlier just went SB past MP 22.5 at 12:40 pm. Speaking of container trains, I have not seen the weekly "international" one in a few months. It used to arrive at Moterm on Thursdays and head back to Prince Rupert or somewhere a day or two later.

M383 was by Mount Clemens depot at 11:00 - met PTC Test train at MOUNT.

PTC Test train has been working south of Mount Clemens today and is now passing the depot NB at 12:35. CN 5748/Test Car/CN 5609. Worked all through the night.

Speaking of container trains, I have not seen the weekly "international" one in a few months. It used to arrive at Moterm on Thursdays and head back to Prince Rupert or somewhere a day or two later.

148 type train by 205 at 1330 with 400 axles and 2 cn units. Last time I posted one of these that was off schedule it turned out to be a 116 extra. Currently it's lined up m2 to Okemos.

Two light road engines SB past MP 22.5 at 7:40 pm. Too dark to see what they were. I wonder if this was the power off that 116 this afternoon. However, I did drive by Moterm around 1:45 pm and a train was working the yard with mixed freight and doublestacks on it and if that was 116 it should have gone onto Flat Rock with the mixed freight. And I drove by Moterm again about a half hour ago on the way home and saw empty well cars moving SB over the 8 Mile bridge. Maybe that was 533 heading back to Port Huron? Lot of Moterm action and questions today.

Two light road engines SB past MP 22.5 at 7:40 pm. Too dark to see what they were. I wonder if this was the power off that 116 this afternoon. However, I did drive by Moterm around 1:45 pm and a train was working the yard with mixed freight and doublestacks on it and if that was 116 it should have gone onto Flat Rock with the mixed freight. And I drove by Moterm again about a half hour ago on the way home and saw empty well cars moving SB over the 8 Mile bridge. Maybe that was 533 heading back to Port Huron? Lot of Moterm action and questions today.

There was an extra doublestack train NB out of Moterm on the Holly last night. It went past MP 22.5 at around 10 pm. I spent a day in Sandusky, Ohio last week on the NS mainline. Trains ran every 20 minutes or so and almost all that I saw were intermodal, including even piggybacks. CN just struggles to increase this business on GTW. Those UP container trains that were suppose to happen never seemed to have.

Could the frequent extra intermodals over the last year be coming to / from UP?
