326 eb by east wy with 2 engines and 108 cars
met 327 at Hudsonville
327 by east wy with 1 motor and 100 cars
was asleep for 370, but awoken by a surprise.
1135pm loram rail grinder by east wy eb with
3 grinders working north side of train.
returned west by east wy 25 mins later.
don't know if they tied up in waverly yard or went
back to zeeland and tied up on the mj runner.
they were only working as far as zeeland and
calling it a night, same as the sandman called
it a night for me after they went back west toward
waverly.

EB Q328 clearing Levan Rd. in Livonia. CSX 7670 leading.

For the second time in a month, power from Q326 out of Chicago that did not even pass Bangor until 7:16pm last night, was already by Howell in less than 12 hours at 07:02 this morning. 7670 was the Monon sticker unit, 7794 trailing, with 65 cars. Q32911 went west at 08:07. To make up for yesterday, todays 329 was over powered and under tons. UP 3861 & UP 8185 with only 8 cars.

Thanks for heads up SW on the V944 coming. V94410 by Howell at 09:04 with 90 cars and single unit CSX 413 Train went to Webberville.

I'm still trying to figure out the Defect Detector at mile post 44.2 mystery. For about a month now, we are not hearing this DD talking. It used to be very clearly heard on Broadcastify. Can still hear DD19.1 which is further away from Broadcastify's Michigan West antenna & even DD91.9 has been heard pretty good lately, though, that one is "hit or miss". Rarely hear DD66.2 which I think is just on the fringes of both of the Broadscastify's antennas (Michigan West & St Joe). But, DD44.2 used to be heard loud & clear for every passing train, but, not all as of late. Has anyone heard anything regarding DD44.2? Is it still there, parts on order??

Nice to see both Tom and George now both on this board and posting trains and times by Bangor. Would like to see this here for every train by Bangor. Am sure someone will have an answer for your DD question Tom, but I am over on the east side of the state where 328 & 329 roam everyday, closer to Detroit than to Grand Rapids.

I was down that way a couple of weeks ago and 44.2 was working, we could hear it around Fennville but not at the top of the hill. I think since the weather has changed the superscanner isnt picking it up like it was do to Wells being a low a spot on the RR. Atmospheric ducting is a weird mistress. Sometimes is a good thing other times its a curse. Back in the summer we could hear trains on the Garrett sub clear as day on the superscanner. Now were lucky to hear trains calling Riverside.
