Q329 by MA in Lansing at 11:15 with the consist BL2 described. Lots of boxcars!

D708 just by eastbound with csxt 7693 LHF. They only had 5 covered hoppers so another big GE definitely not needed. If equipped with ditch lights on the hammerhead end, are they alllowed to run LHF at track speed or is there a restriction? The fresh air must be nice but wow what a crick in the neck!

If they have ditch lights on the long end (probably not) they can proceed at track speed. If not they can go track speed EXCEPT they must cross public road crossings at 20MPH or less. Major PIA.

Q32925 by Howell at 10:24. CSX 5299+4813 with 115 cars. The usually Saturday many tank cars. With this big of train, they will probably have another 50 to pick up at Lansing. Earlier, Q32825 went east at 07:47 with CSX 4750+4711 and 63 cars.

D708 got their second unit back at Peaker yesterday (5256) for there westbound trip after it was re-railed.

Amtrak this morning had Siemens 4616 leading, Siemens 4615 should be on other end.

Empties were west at Bangor at 08:51. BNSF 9259, BNSF 9039.

CSXT 751 leading Q326, Approach Limited indication at Vine at 11:31. 440 axles, 6647 feet at 91.9 DD. Clear indication at Hilltop.

D700 west at Bangor at 11:52. CSXT 2039 and 3 high tops for Hartford.

Coal loads east at Bangor at 08:26. 2 SD70ACes leading.

Looks like Q326 is east at Porter at 09:24.

Sounds like those coal loads are doubling the hill and are about stalling. Saying doubling is making all the crossings go wild.

With 115 cars out of Detroit yesterday on Q32925, todays Q32926 had but 12 cars. By Howell at 09:21 with CSX 44 single unit. Earlier, Q32826 went east by Howell at 07:17, same time as yesterday. CSX 751+74, power from yesterdays Q326, with 66 cars.
