Northbound out of Cadillac at 0910 passing through Missaukee Junction.



And just south of Manton at 18 1/2 Rd.

They Left for TC around 9:00. Gondola, string of TSBY Hoppers, two centerbeams. Decent sized train for TC!

Have they gone through know Kingsley’s yet?

I was at Beacon scrap in T.C. about 1300. I must have just missed them as there was quite a few TSBY hoppers that had been dropped off both on the end of the main and on Beacon's siding. I caught up with them back in town near the train station dropping of a couple of gons from Beacon. They then headed off toward Williamsburg with two loaded centerbeams. I'll post some video and picture when I get home.

There were 5 loads at Beacon before I left for the east coast this past Sunday. Did they only take a couple loads to the train station??

The Owosso crew left for Claire with a modest train at noon. As it was leaving town, a northbound unit hopper train was coming in from the south. The hopper train made a very brief stop in Owosso before continuing to Oakley. There are currently three jeeps in Oakley and lots of hoppers on the main and at the elevator. Not sure what’s going where and when. Oh! I see at least about 10 Tisby hoppers currently being loaded

UPDATE:
The two 38’s brought the 10 Tisby loads back to Owosso. The 35, which was already at Oakley, stayed behind.

Yes, just two gon's. Here they are in front of the water treatment plant near the station. I'm Sorry for the poor quality, I wasn't going to post till you asked about them.

The Tisby hoppers that were loaded at Oakley and taken back to Owosso on the 18th WERE in fact the same hoppers pulled out of the siding at Chilson on the 14th. The numbers match.

Southbound through Manton at 1605.

Here they are at Boon Rd in Cadillac at 1625.

I see there are 10 LPG tank cars. The gas plant south of Kalkaska has two tracks with five spots each. So they must have pulled both tracks. The spur lead is rather long so they have to make two trips from the main to the plant to pull the loads and spot the empties.

I can tell you that on May 18th, there were 13 cars at Beacon in TC and 2 cars at Amerhart, as Google updated their Google Earth views of the TC area.
