Some of this is a little late but since first light there was a 764 or 712 by here with an executive scheme pushing with a stack train close behind. Might have been this weeks 140. Just now, 0755, there was a wb by 205. 2 cn units pulling with a sad sounding horn. The next to last car is a 4 truck deep well flat.

Train ??? was NB past MP 22.2 at 12:40 pm today. Missed the power. Earlier presumed this was 451.

A Lorem Railgrinding train is working its way back and forth on the Holly south of Pontiac this afternoon but it is a short, two unit set and I never heard or saw or smelled any grinding going on.

Train 451 is NB at 2:45 pm with a CN unit leading a CREX lease unit.

505 departed westbound from Durand at 6:44 AM. CN 2237, CN 2155.

16 cleared the detector MP 34.2 at 7:29 AM. 498 axles. 2 UP engines.

149 met an unknown eastbound at Durand. @ 9:04 AM.

149 had CN 2876, CEFX 1014.

Eastbound had CN 2801, BCOL 4610, CN 8932.

Train 116 with those two UP units is SB past MP 22.5 at 9:36 am. Mixed freight on the head end but didn't watch the whole train go by.

At 10:13 am another doublestack train (pure) SB past MP 22.5 with two CN locomotives. Very short train. Maybe the earlier 116 left their doublestack cars at Pontiac and this power took it down to Moterm? Maybe that power from that reported 140 the other day that layed over in Pontiac? Maybe a 141 coming NB today? So many questions.

Train 451 with a BNSF unit leading a Red/White BC cowl unit passed MP 22.5 at 1:18 pm.

A long westbound with two CN's and a red/white/blue BC Rail was going through Durand at 1:50pm.

764 is backing into the yard at Durand.

330 departing Sarnia. Picking up 17 cars in Beachville and work in Hamilton.

394, CN 2511 separated in the St Clair Tunnel.

It seems that trains don't normally just separate. Is their something about the tunnel that causes this to happen?

Photographed the engine of train 533 switching ends at Ferndale, around 4 p.m. yesterday (5-19)! It was CN C44-9W #2578. I heard on the scanner that they would pick up two units! At the south end of Moterm two CN ES44ACs, #2996, 2917, sat coupled to "Double Stacks!" 2578 parked beside them. Later I saw northbound train 533 at Masonic, Fraser, around 9 p.m. It had those two ES44ACs leading 2578 and a long train of loaded/empty "Well Car" sets!!!! This was different to have three engines on this train!!!!!
Ferndale is now a "No Train Horn" city!!!!!
