Hm, something up with Q38403 tonight. Heard them go by Seymour in GR at 10:15pm, but 40 mins later, they still haven't reached Fox about 5 miles away.
Rolling east of Fox at 11:10pm. MQT Z151 is southbound through Grand Rapids at 11:10pm as well.

That was Q-38501. CSX 7807+872 with 119 cars. Q384 never made it to Howell until 03:00 but they had the power that has been on D708 for six weeks, 5295-5241 with what looked like 6545 trailing. They must have swapped power in Lansing.

Reviewing the Bangor archive footage from this morning:

0751 hrs, P371 depart Bangor station with a SC44 and 3 Superliners, no rear unit.

0804 hrs, D700 west at Bangor with CSXT 4054, 2 coils and 8 high-side gondolas for Hartford interchange. They seem to be doing quite the booming business there!

Sounds like Q32605 is nearing Bangor. There's also a N80004 down by New Buffalo and D700 out by Livingston.

Thanks Tlout, they are enroute to Wells to get coal load N80004. Green and creme leading that D80105, interesting.. been a good shot to see pushing coal back north down around saugatuck hill.

At 10:40am, Q326 was easbound in Bangor with 51 cars. Same GE power that brought Q327 to Chicago last night.

At 2:45pm, N800 was really struggling to make Saugatuck Hill. Even with D801 shoving, they were making less than walking speed at 55th Street. Clear sky, dry rail and no leaves so not sure what the issue was. Nice to see that BNSF Executive SD70MAC #9671 on the tail, thanks for the heads up ~Z~!
