The lite locomotive plot on the Holly south of Pontiac thickens: the two locally assigned GP38-2's, 4925 and 6223 together, just drifted southbound past MP 22.5 going somewhere. Second lite engine movement tonight and first time I have seen two local locomotives together on a lite engine move. Stay tuned...

136 by 205 at 2003. May not be the right train symbol. All over seas traffic, single unit pulling and a mid train dpu.

I had turned the scanner on just in time to hear a northbound clear the detector MP 34.2 at 12:22 AM, CN 2525, 440axles, I am not sure of which train this.

Also as I type this I hear the dispatcher talking to 190 in the yard at Pontiac. sounds like 190 will be taking on some fuel before departing south from Pontiac.

Eb manifest by 205 at 1026. Orange bnsf unit sandwiched between 2 cn. Some old bn and Santa fe hoppers on this train still in original paint. Some pretty neat graffiti on the south side of a ndyx hopper towards the back too.

The lite locomotive parade and mystery continues on the Holly south of Pontiac. At 6 pm two GE drifted SB past MP 22.5, mu'ed elephant style pointing south. Maybe this is the power off that Prince Rupert 136 that Jim reported hearing last night ready to take its counterpart back west tonight? Will have to run backwards unless they wye them at Milwaukee junction. Never saw any trains come back NB last night with the power from those two lite power moves last night but doesn't mean I didn't sleep through them passing.

364 struck a vehicle at Vermontville Hwy in potterville about 2045. Sounds like there is damage to the lead unit (28) and power lines down. No injuries to passengers or crew.

Going off of other reports I've seen, there was a northbound intermodal in the middle of the night. I believe it was the northbound kc8bdr heard at 12:22am.

On my way home from Lansing I had to come through Potterville and it looks like most of the city is out of power. No working traffic lights and all the businesses looked closed.
