Q327 stopped near mile post 8. They have a AC44w, number 474 and a 6100 GP 40 for power. They were moving quite slow as they approached the Cottenwood Drive crossing in Jenison. I would say they did not make 30 cars past the crossing.

Edit: 7:17 they are on the move and nearing Hudsonville.

Despite the scientist's explanation of fog, it was just another bad radio on Q38513. CSX 7787+75+5429 was the power and you know the axel count minus the three units for the amount of cars.
Earlier, V65512, 86 car grain empty was spotted at ADM in Webberville today.

I thought it was a weak voice on the signal caller. That's why I missed the engine # (plus I got to Plymouth about 2 minutes after he made the turn west). But he wasn't The Whisperer either. Haven't heard him in a while.

The whisperer? Is he a regular? I usually hear the mumbler. :D Probably the same guy.

P370-15 is currently departing St. Joseph. Sounds like IDTX 4621 leading....20 axles

Q384 sounds like it’s leaving GR, sounds like a 70ACe horn.

According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don't care what humans think is impossible.

D700 New call time of 5:00am
Interesting. I'm not sure what switch jobs are on at Wyoming Yard in the mid-late afternoon but I wonder if this would allow cars picked up by D700 to make that evening's outbound Q327 and Q384 rather than sitting around the yard for an extra day with no movement....

With Amtrak P371's 6:00am departure time from Grand Rapids, I wonder if D700 will regularly head west right behind them. I know the Buzzi switch can take quite a while so I wouldn't think they'd run ahead of Amtrak too often....

22:24hrs: Q327 passing the Bangor Cam, 197 cars. The GP40-2 mentioned above is the Scheme 6/YN2 one which came west on Q385 a few days ago.

D700 call times are after P371 and right now they switch Buzzi about 2 or 3 times a week.
When construction season ramps up, Buzzi is switched daily.

The nice part about switching Buzzi is they're never in Amtrak's way there thanks to the double track

Notice the large group of kids with adults that came down the sidewalk about a minute before the gates went down? They stopped the kids before the flashers went on, D700 went by slowly while all the kids were waving?

Y106 should be at or very close to Elmdale, 8446 LHF (no rear ditch lights).
