Yesterday i cought the Michigan Shore northbound just north of W Olive a couple miles a nice surprise was about a half dozen two bay sand cars and a couple where CSX mmm i thought that business had been lost.

HESR 702 arriving in Durand now.

HESR 3390 brought an empty coal train into Durand at 12:24pm. HESR 702 with 3038 and 3484 came into Durand and crossed the diamonds before backing into the yard at 2:04pm.

Wind conditions are prime this morning, able to hear both GRE heading east out of town and the Grand Elk yard job working south of Hugart currently from 28th & Breton in GR.

GRE --- WB Leonard at 1:43 with 21 CHs and 1 tank

GRE --- EB Leonard at 8:58 lite. Looks like the 22 cars they brought back earlier this week are still in the yard, plus an empty centerbeam added to the end.

Looks like around 50 cars in the GRE Ann Street yard tonight. The line keeps growing, including one box car at the southern end, not sure who that was for. Not sure if these are all for CSX or Grand Elk or both.

Not for Standard. I suspect it's misplaced. It shows as a load but the GRE is putting empties on the cut. I can determine it originated in Tuttle CA
