Surprised there was not any cement cars in the consist.
The gas plant, where the tank cars are going, has two tracks with five dock spots each for a total of 10 spots. There is also a long lead to the plant. So to switch more than five cars takes quite a while.

393 and 392 leaving Cadillac for Clare at 1030 with 7 hoppers from MAC, 2 tanks, 7 coke empties , 1 empty center beam and 18 tanks.

Great Lakes Central south through Mount Pleasant at 1555. No visual but can hear them clearly. They went north shortly after 1200.

Returned to Cadillac at 1620. Caught 3 cement hoppers and 10 tanks.

I didn't catch the locos coming in yesterday. And there's about 1-2 inches of snow here in town.

Just came home at 1840 never got to see or hear them, but there is fresh tracks in the snow at Holiday Rd. , Traverse City. Anybody see the run?

They went to Petoskey I believe with covered hoppers, I chased them as far as Mancelona before I headed home.

Hmmnn.. well something ran down the tracks to Willamsburg today.
SB just cleared Washington St. in Owosso just now. GLC 399 + 8 coke hoppers (don't know if they are loaded or not).
UPDATE: cars were dropped in the yard.
